DELIVERY

Every order is sent directly to you from the producer or farmer. In many cases your order is freshly made and prepared for you. Therefore, if you order items from more than one producer or farmer, you will receive more than one delivery.

Unless you’re having a product made-to-order, delivery is normally within six working days, and often much sooner.

Delivery options are decided by each producer and farmer.

All of them share our view of setting fair and reasonable delivery prices. We have a guide for them to follow which you can see below.

Delivery options can be seen on the product detail page and at checkout.

Once your order has left the producer or farmer, you will receive a confirmation email that it’s on its way.

If you need help, feel free to get in touch with us [email protected] – we’re at your service.

* All delivery options are only for UK mainland, non-mainland UK (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man), Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. International delivery is not currently available on farmshoplarder.com. Each producer and farmer confirms on their product pages and at checkout which delivery options are available.

** These guide prices indicate the maximum charges for orders of standard food items on farmshoplarder.com. Orders including non-standard items (for example: drinks, accessories, or chilled foods), or orders exceeding 2kg in total weight, may have higher delivery costs associated due to their size, weight or unique shipping requirements. All our producers and farmers are committed to keeping these charges to a minimum.

Tip: in many cases, the more items you order from any one producer or farmer the more economical the delivery charge will be, particularly with many offering free standard delivery above certain order values.

Late Delivery

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a delivery (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for your patience if this happens – the producer or farmer will be doing their very best to sort it out for you.

If your items haven’t arrived within the delivery timescales and you haven’t heard from the producer or farmer, something may have gone wrong. Please let us know! We are more than happy to help.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy! Farmshoplarder and our producers and farmers are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We too like to be upfront, honest and open with our customers. Given that farmshoplarder is a specialist in food and drink, many of which are hand-made and prepared just for you, there are many items that are non-cancellable or non-returnable.

These include:

  • Perishable products (like food)
  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element

Farmshoplarder and it’s producers and farmers though want you to be happy and therefore if you’re not happy, please do get in touch with us via emailing [email protected] Our producers and farmers may not have prepared or dispatched your order yet, and therefore may be willing to cancel the order for you.

On any other items, you have 14 days from the day on which you receive the items to notify the producer or farmer if you want to cancel your order or exchange the item. Please follow the steps below.

Important: please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to the producer, farmer or farmshoplarder! This will ensure it won’t affect any refund or replacement.

  1. Get in touch with us via emailing [email protected]
  2. If you’ve already received your order, package the item up and send it back to the producer or farmer within 14 days of completing step 1. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
  3. Farmshoplarder will process the refund on behalf of the producer or farmer once it’s agreed directly to your payment card, in no more than:

    • 14 days after the day the product is received by the producer or farmer; or
    • if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to the producer or farmer; or
    • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which you informed the producer or farmer or us (via Step 1 above) about your decision to cancel your order.
