I've forgotten my password - what do I do?

No problem! Go to 'login' on the homepage (top right hand side) and click on the link 'forgotten your password?' You will be asked to enter your email address and then you will receive a link to create a new password via your email address. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept a variety of payments including Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. 

Is it safe to shop online at farmshoplarder.com?

Yes. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method and have never had any problems with security. We do recommend though that you use the latest version of your browser However, if you're still concerned or have difficulties, you can call our friendly and knowledgeable team for help with placing your order.

How will I know my details are secure?

We treat your personal information with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. We never sell or give any personal information we have about you to any other company. Rest assured your card and personal information are safe with us. 

Does farmshoplarder.com accept and deliver orders outside the UK?

No unfortunately we don't accept orders from outside the UK or deliver give the nature of the products.

My order hasn't arrived - what do I do?

We're sorry to heat that! Please contact the producer directly as well as emailing us via [email protected] and we will do all we can to find out where your order is.

What is the security code referred to on the payment page?

Sometimes referred to as the CV2 number or CVV number, the Security Code is either a unique 3-digit number printed on the back of your credit/debit card or, if you have an American Express card, it is a 4-digit number on the front of your card that helps us validate your purchase and protect against fraud. Since this isn't contained in the magnetic strip information, it doesn't get printed on sales receipts, so it's difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes! Our bespoke service is called 'Source It' and offers you a personalised consultation.  The options are endless and we will go above and beyond to meet and exceed what your heart (and stomach!) desire.

What's your refund policy?

We want you to be happy! In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your order, please get in touch via [email protected] Given the nature of freshly prepared food and drink items, most products are non-returnable, unless faulty. We do however have very good relationships with our suppliers so we will have a conversation with them to discuss whether they accept a cancellation or return. Please note that this is at the discretion of the producer or farmer.
