You get two kippers weighing a minimum of 370g. They are caught in the North Sea before being carefully cured in the smokery. Buttery, with a delicate smokey flavour, it’s a perfect match with some toast, marmalade and coffee for brunch.

The Chesil Smokery has traditions at it’s heart in West Dorset. They keep things simple by using the finest British produce and gently smoke it over oak and peat.
Delivery is by courier. Your items are placed in a woollen sleeve with an ice block to keep them chilled and protected, so they arrive in perfect condition. The Chesil Smokery don’t usually deliver on a Friday due to freshness, unless you select a Saturday delivery.
