Campsie Glen Smokehouse produces award-winning seafood charcuterie and is enjoyed in some of Scotland’s finest hotels and restaurants.

Based in Dunbartonshire, this small family run business is full of passion for creating high quality products and creating innovation to the UKs culinary scene.

Campsie Glen Smokehouse has a range of seafood charcuterie – seafood that has been cured, dried or smoked. With over 20 years of seafood experience, they saw a gap in the market and the business has continued to thrive with its flavoursome products.

Currently they cure salmon, trout and halibut for 7 days, dry out up to 25% of their moisture whilst smoking with the Campsie Glen blend of handpicked kiln dried wood chips. They then hand carve the fish into thin slices ready for you to enjoy!
