The Rutland Charcuterie Co. is the creation of Nick Brake, an award-winning specialist in salamis and air-dried meats. Launched in 2014 with a vision to make British Charcuterie a credible alternative to imported charcuterie, it is made in the beautiful county of Rutland, using free-range meat.

Behind this fantastic company is a passionate team who work together to produce authentic British Charcuterie of the highest quality controlling every aspect of production from carcass to customer. They use traditional methods holding provenance, high animal welfare standards and great taste as core values.

Their motto ‘Multum in Parvo’ (Latin for much in little) is shared with their home county of Rutland, England’s smallest county. Much in little is the essence of charcuterie that intensifies meat into flavourful, artisanal products that taste delicious.
