The Primrose Herd is an award-winning farm run by Sally, Bill and their three children. With a passion for traditional breed pigs, they produce high quality pork and bacon including three stars in the 2016 Great Taste Awards for their Gloucestershire Old Spots Belly Pork and Gloucester Old Spots Shoulder of Pork.
The farm is located in the beautiful Cornish countryside and is a truly family-run farm with everyone getting their hands dirty! They have traditional farming methods and endorse a non-intensive approach to animal rearing. They believe this is the secret to producing full flavoured meat with excellent marbling in the meat. The whole process of production is carried out in the farm so you can have confidence of the high animal welfare standards and life the pigs lead.
Along with their host of awards, Primrose Herd pork is served in many of Cornwall's top restaurants and used by renowned chefs in the South West.
