The majority of their chocolate comes from South America, with other natural ingredients sourced locally to their base in East Yorkshire. Whether they start out with fine origin dark, milk or white couvertures, they don't use preservatives or additives and support the use of ethically produced chocolate.
They are a passionate team who are keen to uphold its standards for excellence and innovation. It’s surprise then that they have many awards under their belt! White Rabbit has so far won 19 national awards, including two Academy of Chocolate Awards, and a Great Taste Top 50 Foods Award in 2014.
